People were safe at Worplesdon View. Staff understood their duty should they suspect abuse was taking place. Risks of harm to people had been identified and clear plans in place.
Staff told us the registered manager had an open door policy and they could approach the manager at any time. Staff felt supported and able to raise any concerns.

Staff felt supported and able to discuss any issues with the registered manager. The registered manager had been in post for over three months, and had made many positive changes.
There was a dedicated activities co-ordinator in post. People had access to a range of activities, including exercises, music, games, knitting club, Yoga and Tai Chi.
The manager is new after past problems and improvements still need time to fully settle in.
