Medicines were not always managed safely; however, we were assured as the provider took action to resolve this at the time of the assessment.
Some staff told us they felt able to challenge decisions made by the registered manager and others felt they could not speak up. A member of staff told us there had been several changes with senior staff within the care team, which had not helped staff morale.
