All of the staff we spoke with were very happy working within the home. They told us their morale was high, that they felt very valued, that communication was good and they were supported. Some staff described other staff and the people living in the home as 'family'.
People told us there were enough staff available within the home to meet their needs. All the staff we spoke with said they felt there were sufficient numbers of staff to ensure people received the care and support they required.
