Staff told us, 'We are like a family. We give good care and we support each other.' 'I am happy working here, I get very well supported.'

Staff had received training in looking after people, including safeguarding, health and safety, equality and diversity... Staff completed an induction... Systems of staff development including one to one supervision meetings and annual appraisals were in place.
