Staff were positive about the culture of the organisation and the way the team worked to support people's needs and choices. One support worker told us, 'The culture of the organisation is to promote values that enhance individuals' choices and rights...'

There were enough staff on duty at all times to ensure people's needs were safely met. One member of staff told us, 'Yes there are enough staff and where there is need for additional staff the [registered] manager sorts this out immediately.'

The registered manager was responsive and took action to resolve the issues we identified... One member of staff told us, 'Yes, the manager is very supportive and responds even during unsocial hours.'
