Staff sometimes hesitate to raise concerns because they fear getting in trouble.

Some staff were reluctant to raise issues for fear of repercussions.

Staff feel stretched in the mornings helping people get up and dressed.

No activities coordinator, just care staff doing basic afternoon activities, so mostly routine personal care.

The service did not employ a designated activities co-ordinator; however, a member of the care team was allocated to carry out activities each afternoon.
