All care staff had completed the Care Certificate... extensive dementia training... Staff were encouraged to take on meaningful specialism roles... providing train the trainer training, carrying out audits and role modelling

There was a full time registered manager supported by two deputies... being visible and working 'on the floor'... Staff praised the registered manager: 'She is very fair and if you have any concerns she will always listen and help'
