Staff had completed a range of training relevant to their roles and told us they were encouraged to continue with their learning and development. Staff had regular supervisions

Staff spoke positively about the support they received from managers, one staff member told us, 'The manager is a lovely person, if I have any concerns, I can communicate with them, and they give good solutions'

The activity co-ordinator completed 4 sessions of activities per day at the home. Activities included hand massages, music, exercise, and watching documentaries. Residents could access trips outside the home
