Medicines were managed effectively. People were administered medicines by trained staff who regularly had their competency to administer medicines checked. Medication errors were thoroughly investigated, and appropriate action taken.
Staff told us the management team were approachable and supportive. One staff member said, 'I love my job, it's a nice place to work, it is a good team, I like it here.'
