Activities have reduced with no full coordinator in place yet, so the role is mostly routine personal care.

People told us the activities available had reduced although confirmed they were still able to go out and receive visitors. The registered manager had acknowledged this concern from people and had recruited additional activity staff to support people with their interests.

Staffing is adequate but nothing special, no details on low agency use or staff retention.

There were sufficient staff available to people. Staff worked well together and found time to spend with people socially.

Medicines processes had some concerns that needed fixing on the spot during inspection.

Where concerns regarding medicines were identified during the inspection immediate action was taken to rectify this.
