Medicines were stored and administered safely. However further work was needed to ensure these accurately reflected administration. Continued work was needed to ensure oversight of medicines management.

The staff team were motivated, and they told us with pride about improvements. I can see the change in morale in the staff team.

Staffing was provided at safe levels. We saw the service did have to use some agency staff, but we saw these staff were consistent.

The new manager is very approachable he has held family meetings, and I feel he listens and is open to suggestions about change. Staff told us with pride about improvements and how the service was now well-led.
