Staffing is adequate but staff sometimes cover short absences by working extra hours instead of having spare capacity.

Short term absences were covered by existing staff members working additional hours or by the deputy manager or registered manager working directly with people.

Activities programme has variety like quizzes, music and animal visits but no dedicated coordinator or specialist approaches mentioned.

People were provided with the opportunity to participate in a range of activities, including; quizzes, chair exercises, singing, pamper sessions, live music, exotic animals and farm animal visits and visits from a comedian.
