Recruitment misses some checks and leaves gaps in staff work history unchecked.

Just standard training, no specialist courses until gaps like oral care and end of life were spotted.

People had oral healthcare assessments in place, though staff would have benefitted from receiving training in this area. Staff had not had end of life training.

Only basic outings and daily activity charts, no coordinator or special programmes to vary the job.

The service had activity charts which were completed, with something going on every day. They go to the pub... out for meals and walks.
