Staff received appropriate induction, training, and support to carry out their roles; one staff said 'We have good training, it adds value to our roles'.

Staff were supported by an experienced registered manager who was passionate about providing people with the best care and support; people said 'I speak often to the manager, she is very easy to get along with'.
