At the time of our inspection there was no registered manager. However, there was a manager who had joined the service 8 weeks prior to our inspection and was in the process of registering with the Care Quality Commission.
One person said, 'I’ve not seen my care plan, but I’m happy with what they are doing. We have singers and go out for a meal at the local pub.'
