We were assured that the provider was preventing visitors from catching and spreading infections, meeting shielding and social distancing rules, admitting people safely, using PPE effectively and safely, accessing testing, promoting safety through layout and hygiene, making sure infection outbreaks can be effectively prevented or managed, and infection prevention policy up to date.
