Risks were assessed but not always acted on, and medication stock was not checked regularly enough.

Risk assessments had been undertaken for people, however, actions to minimise identified risks hadn't always been taken. System for auditing medication needed to be reviewed as we found that staff were not always completing checks on the stock of some medication at the frequency required.

Only basic activities like board games, crafts and quizzes, so the role is mostly routine personal care.

Staffing is adequate but nothing special, with no mention of stable team or minimal agency use.

Sufficient numbers of staff were employed to meet people's needs.
