Enough staff most days to meet needs, but agency workers cover some shifts and don't always know residents well.

although some people were negative about agency staff. Staff told us they thought there were enough staff but were sometimes nervous working with agency staff. One staff member said, 'It's hard because they don't always know the residents very well.'

Only standard training like safeguarding and induction, no specialist courses or funded qualifications.

Staff had received appropriate training. safeguarding training was up to date.
