People continued to be safe and protected from avoidable harm... Risks to people continued to be assessed and were managed safely... People continued to receive their medicines safely.

Staff told us they felt fully supported by the management team who were approachable. One staff member told us, 'We work as a team the manager is really approachable and supportive.'

Staffing levels were appropriate to meet the needs of people using the service... We do not use agency staff... staff told us they worked as a team and covered extra shifts and that the registered manager worked on shift when needed.

The registered manager had clear oversight of the service and worked alongside staff. Staff were respectful of the registered manager and told us they were approachable and supportive.
