People did not always receive safe care. Risks to people's care were not always managed well or had not been properly identified and acted upon. People's medication was not always managed safely.

Staff told us they felt mostly well supported by the management team with aspects related with their work life balance, however they also commented on the several changes in managements.

Feedback received from people, relatives, and staff indicated concerns about staffing. People told us, “They never have enough staff. When there’s a few staff on they are rushed off their feet” and “No [not enough staff] I see them run ragged.”

Staff had received training in safeguarding adults; and staff and managers told us they knew who to contact if there were safeguarding concerns.

We continued to find serious issues with the lack of effective management and oversight at the service.

There were activities happening at the service and an additional care coordinator had been employed since our last assessment. We observed activities happening in communal areas... People shared mixed feedback about activities.
