Staffing is adequate but you sometimes need help from other units or managers during busy times or incidents.

Sometimes we have to ask a manager or a staff member from another unit to help out if there is an incident

Some staff do not always get enough information or feedback when they raise concerns.

one staff member said, 'I don't always feel we get enough information.' Another staff member said, 'When we raise concerns, we don't always hear back so it feels like they haven't done anything.'

Only basic group activities like singing and exercise, no activities coordinator or special programmes to make the job more varied.

Per 2018 comprehensive inspection: 'I am going to the sing song group this afternoon... working out words, dancing, exercise, and singing.'
