The provider was in continued breach of the legal regulation in relation to safe care and treatment and we identified a new breach of regulation for staffing.
Staff told us they felt well supported. One staff member said 'I do feel supported by the register manager, she is approachable and listens to us staff.' Staff told us they felt there was good teamwork, and they supported each other.
