Staff had received training on recognising and reporting abuse. Staff were able to tell us what they would do in the event of concerns relating to abuse... Medicines were stored safely, and records were completed accurately.
Staff told us they felt very well supported and had regular supervisions. One staff member said, '[Manager] is so supportive, it's so much better here than where I have worked before.'
