Staffing is adequate but busy at times, with agency workers used when needed.

A member of staff said, 'I think we have enough staff, it's busy, but we manage.' ... agency staff were used when required.

Only standard training like induction and basic supervision, no specialist courses or funded qualifications.

Staff had received relevant training... Systems of staff development including one to one supervision meetings and annual appraisals were in place.

Activities programme has variety like bingo and outings but nothing special or innovative.

There was a range of activities on offer which included, bingo, music, arts and crafts, quizzes, exercise, regular trips out in the local area and visits from external entertainers.
