Safeguarding incidents were reported, and appropriate action taken in order to protect people from the risk of abuse. Medicines were managed safely.

Staff told us, 'I have never worked anywhere that listen to staff like here, we are a real team, we all have an opportunity to make a positive impact on people.'

Staff had a detailed induction programme and ongoing training to ensure people were supported safely. Staff were encouraged to learn new skills and update their knowledge.

Staff told us, 'The training is excellent and support from the manager is fantastic, it's the best place I've ever worked, the mentorship I have had has been excellent.'
