Staffing is adequate but nothing special, with enough staff to cover shifts but no word on low agency use or stable long-serving team.

Staffing levels were satisfactory... there were enough staff to meet people's needs. Comments included, 'They have a full complement of staff' and 'shifts are always covered.'

Only standard training like induction, care certificate and supervisions, no specialist courses or funded qualifications.

Staff received training which helped them to meet people's needs... Staff completed an induction programme which included training, shadowing... and completion of the care certificate. Records confirmed staff were supported with regular supervisions and annual appraisals.

Some regular activities like gardening, music and pony visits, but no dedicated coordinator or named specialist programmes.

There was a regular music group and a small pony visited regularly which people enjoyed. Some people... partake in activities at the home such as gardening... sensory equipment.
