Staff we spoke with felt supported by the deputy manager and provider and felt valued... 'I feel so supported' and '[Named deputy] has been brilliant.'
Staffing levels were flexible and based on people's needs, and there were enough staff to care for people safely... Staff said there was always a 1:1 ratio of staff to people during the day and they felt they could meet people's care and social needs effectively.
