Medicines were managed safely however we identified some minor recording discrepancies in regard to 'as and when' medications.

Discussions with the staff showed that their suggestions were valued. For example, the introduction of floristry/flower arranging sessions as this was an expertise of a staff member.
No activities coordinator or regular varied programme, just basic sessions like flower arranging, so the role is mostly routine personal care.
