Risks to people were well managed. Medicines were managed safely. Accidents and incidents were monitored to identify and address any patterns or trends.

People and staff spoke positively about the registered manager and felt able to raise concerns and were confident that these would be addressed.

There were sufficient staff on duty to meet people's needs, enable people to participate in social activities and to attend medical appointments.

Staff had completed a comprehensive induction and training programme to prepare them for their role. Staff were satisfied with the training they received.

Staff told us they were well supported by the registered manager and management team. Management were approachable and supportive of the staff team.

There was a wide range of opportunities for people to engage in activities and follow hobbies and interests. The service had good links with the local community including local community groups and work experience opportunities.
