Staff demonstrated a good understanding of safeguarding... There were safe systems in place to ensure safe recruitment of staff... The medicines administration records (MARs) we reviewed were completed correctly with no gaps or anomalies.

Staff said they enjoyed working at the service, felt valued and could approach management at any time for support and guidance if required. Staff said they worked effectively as a team and staff morale was high.

Staff spoke highly of the provider's training programme. One member of staff told us, 'The training is very good. We were even trained how to do armchair exercises...' Another said, 'We are trained to the hilt. We have regular training sessions as well as refresher training.'

Staff, relatives and health care professionals spoke positively about both the deputy and registered managers... One staff member told us, '[Names] are very approachable and supportive. I can contact them at any time for support and guidance.'
