Staff told us they received good support from their line managers and colleagues. One staff member said, 'The staff are a team, always ready to help each other.'
There were sufficient staff to support people in a timely way at the time of our inspection. However, feedback was not always positive regarding staffing levels.
Staff received appropriate training for their roles. Records showed that staff training was up to date, and training was monitored to ensure refresher courses took place when required.
The registered manager was open and honest, and worked in partnership with outside agencies to improve people's support when required. Audits of the service were in place and had identified areas for improvement.
