No activities coordinator or special programmes, just basic outings like bowling, shopping and day centre trips, so shifts are mostly routine personal care.

There were enough suitable staff employed to meet people’s needs. A person using the service told us, ‘There are enough people to look after us... It is the same people all the time.’ Per 2019 report: provider had recruited bank staff to help ensure there were staff available to cover at short notice.
