Staff felt supported within their roles, describing an 'open door' management approach, where managers were always available to discuss suggestions and address problems or concerns.
People were supported and encouraged to take part in activities inside and outside of the home. There was a wide range of therapeutic and person specific activities available. These included trips out, swimming sessions, gym visits, baking and craft sessions.
