Managers made sure staff received training and regular supervisions to maintain high-quality care. Staff had undertaken a wide range of training, including training about people’s conditions and health needs.
Leaders were visible, knowledgeable and supportive. Managers were receptive to new ideas. Staff told us they were supported and found the management team approachable.
People had access to a range of social activities... trips out to various places of interest as well as activities within the home. One relative said, ‘They do such a lot of things... pub; for a walk; on bonfire night they had hotdogs; has done cooking.’
