No regular activities or coordinator so the job is mostly routine personal care with no variety.

We did not observe any activities taking place. Staff said they arranged these when they could. Relatives said special occasions were celebrated, but they did not see many day-to-day activities taking place.

Safety records like risk assessments and incident reports often miss key details on choking or agitation.

We found a choking incident had not been recorded as an incident... one person who could become agitated and aggressive did not have an appropriate risk assessment in place.

Staffing is adequate but staff get stretched with times when no one is in communal areas.

We observed staff were stretched, and there were periods of time when there was no staff available in the communal areas of the home.
