We did note two incidents had not been reported to the CQC... we found two people who had controlled drugs... did not have these medicines recorded in a controlled drugs register as per national legal requirements.

We saw there were enough staff to provide support to people safely. Staff were deployed effectively around the building, to provide timely support to people.
