No activities coordinator or creative programmes, so days are mostly routine care with basic things like music and stamp sorting

People were encouraged to engage in as many activities as they wanted to in the home. One person enjoyed looking at and sorting stamps; other people liked to listen to music or take part in the organised activities

Staffing is adequate but nothing special, enough staff to meet needs with a consistent team but no details on low agency use or strong retention

People, relatives and staff told us there were enough numbers of staff to meet people's daily needs. Our observations confirmed this

Only standard training like induction and refreshers, no specialist courses or funded qualifications

Staff received an induction, training and shadowing opportunities to ensure they could meet people's care and support needs. Refresher training was in place
