Staff demonstrated a good understanding of protecting people from abuse... There were safe medicine practices... Staff administering medicines received training and had their competencies assessed.
We spoke to two staff who had worked at the service for some time. Both told us they loved their roles... We spoke with three new care staff... 'I am finding it a bit chaotic and disorganised'
