Staff numbers are enough using a tool to check levels but no info on stable teams or low use of temps.

The provider used a dependency tool to work out safe staffing levels which was reviewed regularly. We reviewed staff rotas for the three weeks prior to the inspection and saw that the number of staff deployed to work at the home matched the levels on the dependency tool.

Staff get good basic training and induction but one-on-one supervisions are not regular.

We found that staff supervision was not being carried out regularly, but the provider had an action plan to rectify this.

There is an activities coordinator with varied events like games and outings but no special innovative programmes.

People were supported to take part in a variety of social activities that reflected their interests, both individual and communal... activities co-ordinator told us they used this information when planning activities.
