Per 2019 comprehensive inspection: staff told us there were always the number of staff needed on duty because if anyone was unable to attend work other members of the staff team would always cover the shift.
Just basic outings and helping people do their own interests, no activities coordinator or varied programme to make days more fun.
We observed staff supporting people to leave the home on the day of our assessment with kindness and dignity. All people were supported by staff to spend their time doing things they enjoyed.
