Staff numbers are enough for basic needs but nothing special, no word on low staff turnover or few temps.

There were enough staff to meet the identified needs of people who lived at the service.

Just standard training and induction with some staff behind on one-to-one supervisions.

Some staff had not had supervision as frequently as the provider required, but this was being addressed.

Some activities like outings, crafts and keep fit but staff say they need more variety and personal ones.

Comments from staff included, 'We need to increase the range of activities we do,' and, 'We need more activities, more individual activities'
