Staff received appropriate induction, training and support to meet needs; staff happy with training and regular supervision despite some COVID-impacted updates being addressed via booked face-to-face sessions.

Per August 2020 focused inspection well-led rated good with no concerns since; service had a registered manager responsible for quality and safety; staff receive supervision every three months and appraisals yearly.

Dedicated activity coordinator facilitates monthly resident meetings; responded to requests with virtual reality headset, electronic dart board, table football, pool table, bingo machine and sports TV area, all popular.
