The service was in breach of the legal regulations in relation to safe care and treatment and governance. Records did not always evidence that an effective system was in place to ensure medicines were safely administered.
We received mixed feedback from staff about their wellbeing at work. Some staff felt supported; others felt more support was needed. One staff member told us, “They just don’t listen.”
We received mixed feedback from relatives and staff, about whether there were sufficient staff to care for people and ensure the home was clean. Agency staff were used.
