The service had enough appropriately skilled staff to meet people's needs and keep them safe. A staff member said, 'We do use agency staff but the same ones for consistency.'
Staff received safeguarding training and they understood how to keep people safe. Staff received training and support to help ensure they were competent to safely administer medicines.
