People were at risk of avoidable harm as staff did not always have all of the information needed... no risk assessment in place... people's medicines were not being stored safely and securely... failure to store people's medicines safely... is a breach of Regulation 12
Some staff told us they felt supported, valued and appreciated by the service's management team, while others told us they did not.
People told us more staff were needed. Comments included, 'No, short staffed on many occasions but succeed despite of it with no levelling off of care,' 'Not always, could do with more' and 'Enough but could be more.' A relative said 'Generally ok but on occasions they struggle.'
