Staff were complimentary about their colleagues describing how relationships had improved, and they were committed to the future. A member of staff said, “From my point of view everything has been improved.”

Training was in accordance with good practice guidelines for staff who worked with people who required care and support. A member of staff said, “There is enough training, my training is up to date.”

Staff told us they were supported and had recognised improvements across the whole service. Staff felt appreciated and told us they could raise any concerns and were confident the management team would act on them.
