We were assured the service were following safe infection prevention and control procedures to keep people safe. Per 2019: Risks to people continued to be assessed and managed safely... management team were keen to learn from incidents.
Morale was good at the service, with staff committed to promoting people's wellbeing, under challenging circumstances. Per 2019: Staff told us they felt fully supported by the management team and said they were approachable and always supportive.
Per 2019 comprehensive inspection: Staffing levels were appropriate to meet the needs of people using the service. Staff members spoken with said they felt there were enough staff on duty to keep people safe. We observed staff promptly answering buzzers.
