Overall, people's medicines were safely managed... However, some people's medicines administration records were not always effectively maintained... the manager sent us evidence of their remedial actions to mitigate the risk.
Staff we spoke with understood their role and responsibilities for people's care and were positive regarding management and leadership arrangements at the service.
