At the time of our assessment, there was no registered manager in post. The provider had recruited a new manager who was due to start soon after. In the meantime, a regional support manager was managing the home alongside a team of senior staff who were experienced and familiar with the service.
The provider employed a team of wellbeing coordinators who organised and facilitated a range of different social and leisure activities which people enjoyed.
