Systems to manage medicines were not robust... No topical medicines records were available prior to day of our visit. Therefore, there was no assurance topical medicines were administered as prescribed.
A staff member commented, “I have been here 2 years, and I really like working here. Staff work really well together. We help each other out and we're like a family.”
